Rooms
Each of our rooms have a private entrance and bath, coffee pot, refridgerator, microwave, and toaster ... we provide a continental breakfast, homemade apple breads, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, and cider in the rooms. All rooms have cable TV, DVD, and are non-smoking. Check-in time is 3:00 pm ... please call if you will be delayed. We can also have your dinner ready when you arrive! Check out our North 40 Take Away page for details. We require a two night minimum on weekends, holidays, during Oktoberfest, and the fall leaf season (October and November). Office hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Prices posted are for two night minimum. An additional $15 per person will be charged for one night stays. |

We will gladly take your reservation over the phone (toll
free 1-800-379-6170).
A 50% deposit is required to provide a reservation. Room rates are for
double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date, if available, only if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. A 30 day notice applies to October and holidays. We require a two night minimum on weekends, holidays, and during Oktoberfest and the fall leaf season (October and November). Sleep in ... or rock on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the mountains. We have over 12 private acres to walk ... take a picnic, and enjoy the peace and serentiy of our mountain forests. | The local area abounds with activities for everyone. You can hike the Appalachian Trail, spend the day on the lake or fishing along the river, or explore our numerous galleries and antique shops. We have waterfalls galore, horseback riding, mountain biking, and whitewater rafting. Fishing, hunting, boating, shopping ... we've got them all.
